Shipping Rates

All shipping rates are provided by UPS.  Shipping rates apply
to the Continental United States ONLY.  International orders
are not accepted and will not be processed.

ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED WITH A SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT UNLESS,
If you do not wish to sign for the package, you will be liable for any lost or stolen packages. 
Upon checkout, if you choose to have the package delivered without the signature
requirement you are exempting Precise Nutrition Int'l, Inc. from replacement or refund of
lost of stolen packages.

Tracking Number

We will provide a tracking number via email associated with each and every order.  We are not
responsible for incorrect email addresses provided by the consumer.  Please make sure to double
check the email address you have provided so you will ensure receipt of your UPS tracking
number.  REMINDER:  Please make sure to check your SPAM/Junk mail folder for the email.

Post Office Boxes

With UPS as our shipment provider, we cannot ship orders with a Post Office Box provided as
the Ship To address.  UPS does not and will not deliver to a Post Office Box.  Any orders placed
as such may not ship immediately to allow time for our Customer Service representatives to
obtain a physical address. 

Hawaii/Alaska Residents

Because of the extremely high cost of shipping outside of the contiguous U.S. we must charge
a shipping fee on every order regardless of the amount of your order.

California Residents

The sale of taxable items (dietary supplements) is prohibited for the time being.  However,
food items are non-taxable and can be shipped to a consumer inside the state of California. 
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.  If you would like
to have the product shipped out of state (I.E. to a friend, relative, etc.) that is a possible alternative.

Average Transit Time

We ship all orders Monday - Friday (excluding select holidays).  If you place your order after 3:30 PM Pacific Standard Time your order will not ship until the next day.   If you place your order on a Saturday or Sunday your order will not ship until the following business day.
